This unique service was established based on our editing – publishing experience of 15 years. It all began when our subscribers noted that their needs about legislation does not coincide with corpus juris table of contents. For example, radioactive pollution prevention is a very important chapter of the environment protection profession, still, only a few companies are affected in Hungary. Also, a supplier in the automotive industry required the monitoring of health service decrees modifications. We were surprised as that is usually needed for hospitals and GPs. As it turned out, they started an occupational health care surgery on their site so that the doctors did the examinations on-site and the employees did not have to stroll the streets saying I’ve gone to the doctor’s.

After this, the relevant legislation was collected for the company from the 8 thematic lists provided on the front page, occasionally even supplementing that and omitting the unnecessary ones. The list is provided on a website protected by a password, where only employees of the client get access, that is, they are notified about the modifications of the legislation on the list.

In several cases, when the management at the subsidiary does not speak Hungarian, we were asked to do the extracts in foreign languages. We have experience and practice in this field, too.

In 2021 we broadened our services about the tracking of the changes. For a higher fee, not only the numbers and titles of the old and the new legislation are given, but also, a comparison is provided in a table.

In our individual lists the legislation is ordered in paragraphs and the links contain the number and the title. For the Hungarian legislation the link points at the text valid on the day of the viewing as found in the National Legislation Database. If modification to the given legislation is known of, a note is provided and "Magyar Közlöny" is linked with the date when it came to effect. For European Union legislation the link points to the valid text on the EUR-LEX page and the modifications that will come to effect later on.

The gist of our service is that as soon as the changes of the observed measures are published in "Magyar Közlöny" or in "Official Juornal", an e-mail is sent to our clients and at the same time a link to the publication on a webpage is provided, protected by a password, also giving the date when the modifications come to effect.
